The remaining balance is due by May 1st.<\/div><p>Any cancellation prior to March 1st will be accepted and all funds (except $350 registration fee) will be refunded. Cancellation prior to April 1st will incur a $1000 service fee and the remaining funds will be refunded (excluding the $350 registration fee). Cancellations prior to June 1st will be refunded less 50% of original price (excluding the $350 registration fee). After June 1st, no refunds will be made, and cancellations after this date will result in a forfeiture of any and all funds paid. <b>Refunds due to cancellation after March 1st do not include flight fare.<\/b><\/p><h3>Payment Methods<\/h3><p>Tuition payments can be made by credit card, debit card, check, Zelle, wire transfer or money order. There will be a credit card convenience fee of 3% for all credit card payments.<\/p><h3>Tips<\/h3><p>Tips are requested for staff and learning Rebbeim at the end of the summer.<\/p><h3>Withdrawals, Refunds &amp; Cancellations<\/h3><p>If Camp BeDerech cancels a program or rejects your child\u2019s application to a program, all money paid will be refunded in full.<\/p><p>Once the program begins, there are no refunds for expulsion or early voluntary termination from the program. There will be no refunds given for any portion of the trip that is unused.<\/p><p>Camp tuition (excluding ticket cost) is refundable until April 1st.
