Camp BeDerech will run from July 2nd to August 5th, and is geared for boys in 9th-11th grade.

Camp BeDerech 2024 Pricing and Terms

Camp Tuition:

$8250 + $350 Registration Fee

Price Details

Camp tuition fee includes round-trip airfare from New York’s JFK Airport, all accommodations, 3 meals a day, trips, and admission fees for regularly scheduled activities for the duration of the trip.

Payment Schedule

$350 (non refundable) must be paid upon completion of application. $1,500 must be paid by January 15th in order to secure a spot in camp. The remaining balance is due by May 1st.

Any cancellation prior to March 1st will be accepted and all funds (except $350 registration fee) will be refunded. Cancellation prior to April 1st will incur a $1000 service fee and the remaining funds will be refunded (excluding the $350 registration fee). Cancellations prior to June 1st will be refunded less 50% of original price (excluding the $350 registration fee). After June 1st, no refunds will be made, and cancellations after this date will result in a forfeiture of any and all funds paid. Refunds due to cancellation after March 1st do not include flight fare.

Payment Methods

Tuition payments can be made by credit card, debit card, check, Zelle, wire transfer or money order. There will be a credit card convenience fee of 3% for all credit card payments.

Tips

Tips are requested for staff and learning Rebbeim at the end of the summer.

Withdrawals, Refunds & Cancellations

If Camp BeDerech cancels a program or rejects your child’s application to a program, all money paid will be refunded in full.

Once the program begins, there are no refunds for expulsion or early voluntary termination from the program. There will be no refunds given for any portion of the trip that is unused.

Camp tuition (excluding ticket cost) is refundable until April 1st. After April 1st, money will only be fully refunded for emergency situations at camp’s discretion.

Termination

Camp BeDerech reserves the right to terminate a child’s participation in our Summer Program. When the decision has been made to remove a participant from a program, it will be done as soon as possible. Any cost incurred in sending a participant home will be at the participant’s and his or her parent’s or guardian’s own expense. There will be no refunds given for any portion of the trip that is unused.
